Super Energy Apocalypse, or SEA, is an action-packed strategy game set in the post-apocalyptic setting of "New Texas." Zombies that feed on pollution have taken over the world, and the player must build a base to defend themselves. This means building power plants and vehicles, which pollute. The player needs to produce energy to survive, but also needs to manage emissions and garbage lest the zombies become too strong.
Super Energy Apocalypse was funded by the Houston Advanced Research Center, a non-partisan, non-profit energy and environmental research organization based in The Woodlands, Texas.
